Recently, the resort of Turkmenistan Avaza is popular among tourists. Especially often it is visited by visitors from countries such as the US, Germany and Iran, but Europeans don’t go on vacation to the coast of the Caspian Sea frequently.
The country’s tourism industry is developing, in this regard, Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed a new decree. Information about this appeared in early July, and as early as 1st August, the law came into effect.
Now every tourist of the country should make a tourist fee in a fixed amount. The size of the tourist fee is small, only 2 dollars for every day of stay at the resort. It is planned that the infrastructure of the tourism industry will be developed for this money, all funds will be transferred to the appropriate committee.
Now the tourism committee will be able to complete construction work in the tourist zone of Avaza, where 60 new hotels, a golf club, an amusement park and much more are planned to be built.
A planetarium and a dolphinarium in the open air are on the build plan.
